This project consisted of the upgrade to Maternity Ward 2.
The work included alterations and modifications to the existing heating and ventilation system. Installation of new hot and cold water services and fit hospital pattern sanitaryware in patient toilets and bathroom and within the ward sluice.
The works were carried out in two phases to facilitate continued use of the ward.
